TALL Tatami Platform Bed Frame Natural Finish with 15in high legs - This Japanese style platform bed is constructed with interlocking frames that requires no brackets or screws for easy assembly. The Tall platform bed frame is made of 100% solid hardwood (Parawood-environmentally friendly wood) in satin finish. Includes 18 pairs of wooden slats (2" spacing) to support any standard size mattress.
*Complete platform bed set comes with Tatami mat(s) to create a serenity space for meditation or sitting area, Japanese futon mattress may be added for sleeping that provide excellent back support and comfort (sold separately).

Love it, easy to setup!

Love it! I've never ordered furniture on-line before. I saw good ratings and ordered. Worth it!
Setup - Only needs one person to setup a TALL TATAMI PLATFORM BED. No need to use screw driver and tool! It is just like putting together a beautiful puzzle.
Duration - 30 minutes (not counting unwrapped or cleaned up).
Instruction - Steps and pictures are very clear.
Quality - impressive and love Japanese design of the tatami platform bed.
Suggestion - Even though, the wood is smooth at the corner of the bed, it would be best to make it more round edges.

I have never encountered a more sensible, easily assembled piece of furniture. It took half an hour, impressive for someone who is not the best at putting things together. Also, it looks really fabulous and is very solid, meeting both quality and aesthetic expectations. Delighted with it!

Love our bed! We looked at a lot of others and were always disappointed with either the style, price or quality. This bed is amazing! We're super pleased with both the Tall Tatami frame and matching Mado headboard! Highly recommend!

Was impressed with the packaging, well thought out and designed.
Bed frame Fit and finish top notch down to the hardware. Queen size mattress fit nice and snug inside the recess.

Really good quality Japanese style tatami platform bed with 20 minutes assemble.I didn't try yet, still waiting futon.

Beautiful natural wood finish. Well made and easy to put together. Instructions need to be easier to read, as I apparently screwed down the slats to the rails because it was not clear how the dowel pins were to be deployed with the slats. (There were holes in the rails but not in the slats.) Only downside to this "Lego-like" design is that the bed can't be easily picked up by the rails in order to move it; the rails just pull out of their slots in the legs. Luckily I put gliders on the bottoms of the legs so it can be pushed around without too much trouble. I love the look of this in my BR, and it gives me the feeling of additional space that I was looking for.

This is the most overbuilt, sturdy bed frame i've ever seen. the jointery is pretty good, a little looser than i assumed it would be but this bed exceeded all expectations and it's $650 so my standards are quite high.
if you're even considering this bed frame, go ahead and buy it.

I can't believe how beautiful and sturdy this bed is...the craftsmanship is exceptional. In addition, it literally takes minutes to put it together - unbelievable that a King size bed could be put together with only a few screws! For this price i can't think of a better bed to buy.

I bought 2 of them and they are beautiful and we're easy to assemble, the only packing that could be improved is the slats box, both beds had one end open, bUT there was damage. This was a great buy.
