Returns Policy

If within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you may return any item for a full refund (shipping & handling fees are non-refundable). Please contact our customer service for return authorization.

Free Shipping Items

Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. 


Please note that the shipping method on your order may showed "FedEx Ground. Some of the items we sell may be over oversized and over the weight limit, these shipping method may change to Freight Delivery Services.

For Hawaii & Alaska, Please select "HI & AK shipping method. Please note that additional fees may apply for some cities.
