1. Quality frame that will hold up for years

   I bought this frame with the headboard and love it. I had been looking around for a while and almost went with an ikea bedroom set because it was easy, but due to covid that wasn’t going to happen, lucky me! So I kept looking around and saw an ad on Instagram for a Japanese joinery bed and almost bought that one, but I saw that the headboard was just resting on top of the frame and knew that would be frustrating. But I loved the style and spent some time looking for a bed like this and I found it here!
   
   My dad builds guitars so I’ve been around nice wood and craftsmanship for a long time and this bed is up there. The finish on it is thick and durable. The bed smells like freshly finished guitars and the natural finish looks amazing. The color online looked a little too light for me, but in person it is perfect and know that over time wood like this does darken, so it will look more rich as time passes.
   
   The headboard is great and I am very happy with this frame. It was relatively expensive, but only about $600 more than the ikea crap I was going to get, but I know that this thing will last decades while cheap furniture barely lasts a few years.
   
   The edging around the frame is also really awesome and something I never thought I would love as much as I do. When the sheets are perfectly tucked in the bed looks like it’s in a show room. I make my bed perfectly every day now because of how amazing it looks, I never used to make my bed.
   
   If you like this, just buy it, you won’t regret it.
   
   Additional bonus, I ordered this at midnight and received it 12 hours later. Turns out I live about 20 minutes from this place, so that’s just good luck on my end.
   
   I really want to get the matching bedside table as well, but I need a dresser first and unfortunately it doesn’t look like there’s a matching dresser to go with the bed.
   
   Also, this bed makes no noise, jump on it all you want. No sound.
   Love it, buy it if you want it.

3. Beautiful/No Squeak/Easy Set up

   Replaced an old IKEA platform bed that was squeaking badly due to all of the screws and bolts required to keep it together.
   The King Sized bed was easy to put together and everything was wrapped well so that there were no defects upon arrival.
   After two weeks of use, we love it and the fact that it doesn't squeak. It also looks amazing.
   We bought the headboard and storage drawers with it and they all work well together.

4. Well made and non-toxic, too

   This platform bed is precision crafted with care and attention. It's sturdy and doesn't squeak and fits together easily. My wife has chemical sensitivities, but we have detected zero outgassing from the natural finish we chose. It came packed with mindfulness and arrived in perfect condition within a week of our order. So glad we made this purchase -- and at a very fair price point. We expect to have this the rest of our lives. Thanks for a great product.

5. Stellar customer service, REALLY happy with the bed

   Jason (customer service) is super helpful and patient. I love the bed, the quality is amazing. I purchased it without seeing these reviews and I'm so glad I took the leap (I wish it was easier to find these reviews on the main website, though)
   
   The one caveat is: PLEASE make a straight (non-curved) headboard in Natural. I would purchase that in a heartbeat.

   I replace an old IKEA platform bed with this one. The IKEA bed had a bajillion screws/bolts and was almost impossible to fit together with human-sized fingers.
   This new bed was so easy to put together. Not only that, I love how sturdy the slats are. I feel like a queen in my new bed.

7. Love it, easy to setup!

   Love it! I've never ordered furniture on-line before. I saw good ratings and ordered. Worth it!
   Setup - Only needs one person to setup a TALL TATAMI PLATFORM BED. No need to use screw driver and tool! It is just like putting together a beautiful puzzle.
   Duration - 30 minutes (not counting unwrapped or cleaned up).
   Instruction - Steps and pictures are very clear.
   Quality - impressive and love Japanese design of the tatami platform bed.
   Suggestion - Even though, the wood is smooth at the corner of the bed, it would be best to make it more round edges.

8. Even better than I hoped it would be

   I have never encountered a more sensible, easily assembled piece of furniture. It took half an hour, impressive for someone who is not the best at putting things together. Also, it looks really fabulous and is very solid, meeting both quality and aesthetic expectations. Delighted with it!

   Love our bed! We looked at a lot of others and were always disappointed with either the style, price or quality. This bed is amazing! We're super pleased with both the Tall Tatami frame and matching Mado headboard! Highly recommend!

10. Easy peasy assembly and great quality

    Was impressed with the packaging, well thought out and designed.
    Bed frame Fit and finish top notch down to the hardware. Queen size mattress fit nice and snug inside the recess.
    
    Great product Tatamiroom.
