1. Beautiful and Functional

   I love this bed frame! It's beautiful and was super easy to assemble by myself. I wanted a really low bed frame for my dog to be able to get on and off and this is absolutely perfect. I'd recommend it to anyone. Beautiful!

   I highly recommend investing in a bed frame from Tatami Room. Luckily their shipment had just come in as I made my order so I received my bed frame quickly.
   
   Putting the bed together was quick and the wood is sturdy. I'm super happy with the product.

3. Beautiful bed, great quality and price!

   We assembled and slept on our new bed last night and we love it! We'd purchased a similar type of bed from a large online retailer to hold us over until this one arrived, and the Tatami Room bed was sooo much easier to assemble. It's also a lot more attractive and high quality.
   
   One thing to note is that we did not purchase a headboard (yet) and because the bed has a slim lip around all 4 edges, the head of the bed is not flush to the wall, but we just tucked some of our decorative pillows back there and it was fine. We do plan to purchase a headboard eventually.

   Tatami Room does not disappoint! This bed is so beautifully crafted, we couldn't be more pleased with it. It was very easy to put together and shipped in great condition. It is so unique and authentic. We wish Tatami room also made tables and other furniture as we'd love to order more furniture from them in this japanese joinery style, everything fixes together like a jigsaw puzzle...we're also waiting for their floor lamps to be available for order too :) Thank you Tatami Room for honest pricing of quality and well-crafted wood.

5. so happy I finally purchased this bed

   I had looked at this bed off and on for a couple of years but hesitated because of the size of a king.
   It caused me to redecorate and get rid of excess in my bedroom but we are very happy with this purchase. I was surprised how heavy everything was but it comes together like a jenga puzzle and is well made. We sleep very well on it and I highly recommend it if you like a firm bed. It feels much more healthy for my body alignment.

6. Very sturdy and BLEEDS quality

   I absolutely love this bed. ONE THING TO NOTE... some of the wood cuts were very tight so although all the pieces did fit together like legos... some needed a real push. I even had to buy a rubber hammer to pound certain pieces together. It was noisy and a bit of a hassle but well worth it for me. Once in place everything else was simple. The bed feels incredibly sturdy and that’s what we want when we spend this much money on a few pieces of wood!
   
   Highly recommend. Just be aware that sliding the pieces together might require a hammer.

7. Well-made, solid and beautiful platform bed

   This platform bed frame is solid, well-made and high quality. I love the Japanese style. It arrives in multiple boxes via FedEx freight. The honey oak is slightly lighter than we expected from the photos, but still beautiful and fits our bedroom. Assembling the middle support in the bed frame was very challenging, as the bolt drops slightly in the hole, making it hard to line up the screw (this is hard to describe, but is clear when you are assembling). We put 2 small rubber bands in the bottom of the bolt hole to slightly raise the bolt. We love the low profile of the bed, and the frame pieces fit together well. The bed works well for our foam mattress. I also love that we were able to purchase matching nightstands. We also ordered the matching Mado headboard.

8. Beautiful Wood, Elegant Styl.e

   After searching through many websites I decided on the tatami platform bed. I wanted as close to a Japanese feel, clean lines, elegantly styled and beauty in the wood. I was pleased to see the level in care how the wood arrived. The packaging was extremely detailed. How awesome to open from packaging gorgeous woods and nor any imperfections on the wood. The assembly was stunningly designed. I want this to be the last platform I will ever need. BRAVO TATAMI ROOM.

9. Fantastic platform frame

   After searching the web for quite some time, I found the frame I've been looking for. Sturdy. Quality craftsmanship. Easy assembly (took one person around 30 minutes). I did end up ordering the TALL legs for a slightly higher frame, but that just came down to preference once I saw it assembled in the room. Other than that, I couldn't be any happier with the frame!

    The bed looks great. I just purchased the bed and put it together, so can't yet speak to the long term longevity. Hopefully, it'll last.
