1. Worth the wait!

   As expected before ordering, there's a long wait. We're so glad we did! The tatami platform bed frame and magari headboard are stunning. Easy to setup and gorgeous.

   The frame is beautiful and well crafted. It is easy to put together and will make a great, long lasting purchase for any home! The packaging was good and made sure to get it to your home with care.

3. Great bed, will get a new one once space permits.

   Purchased the Twin XL platform bed in honey oak on May 6th 2025 and received it on August 26th 2025. For any future purchasers, call to inquire on the status on your order because I was given an update and shipping order number right there on the spot.
   
   Building was simple, the instructions are missing on where to place the (4) dowels; they're placed on the bed's inner rails to hold the slats in place.
   
   There is a bit of creaking when shifting my body weight around, so I may add some ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene tape between the joints.
   
   Highly recommend an entire day to assemble. The packaging is very tight i.e, boxes within boxes, legs taped up, plastic wrapped items, and a lot of additional tape holding everything together in a neat package.

4. Exactly what I hoped it would be

   We were advised prior to ordering of the almost 4 month waiting period for delivery and had no issue with that. It was definitely worth the wait. Delivered in three packages as promised and we were amazed at how well packed it was to insure no damage in transit. Really, one of the best packing jobs I have ever seen. Once unpacked, it was relatively easy to assemble using the very basic instruction diagram - although I had never encountered a barrel nut before so it took me a bit to figure out exactly how to use it ;-) I was impressed. However, I have been more impressed by the wonderful support it gives to my mattress and me. I don't think I have slept so well in a long time. Excellent customer service - whenever I phoned they were more than happy to answer any questions and provide updates. And it looks great!

5. Excellent value

   Ordered tall queen bed Magari headboard in February 14; delivered June 12 (already had a regular, i.e. low, queen and headboard). Was concerned that new tariffs might affect my order, but no problem. Design, quality and packaging are excellent. Would be even better if you didn’t have to buy two end rails when you order a headboard, but I guess that’s how they keep the overall prices low.

6. Beautiful and easy to assemble

   The wood is beautiful! The way the joints fit together is really cool and the frame is super sturdy. Feels great to lie flat on and the dry grass smell is lovely. Every piece of the bed was extremely well packaged! It took longer to unpack it than to build.
   
   Assembly was easy. There are only four screws for the support beam and the rest fits together like a jigsaw puzzle. The boxes were very heavy. My partner was able to lift everything alone, but I needed help with the tatami mats.

7. Amazing quality worth the wait

   My 2nd one of these upgraded from queen to king.. so awesome the sturdyness ease of set up and quality of these products, still have my queen frame well after 13 years and looks just as good as the new one will be getting passed down to kiddos

8. Well Worth the Wait

   Shipment for our bed frame was delayed significantly (the website had a banner warning me of this prior to placing my order). I was hesitant at first because I didn’t want to wait that long, but I’m so glad I did. The bed frame is very sturdy, no squeaks or wiggles. We ordered it with a headboard which replaces one of the beams in the frame perfectly. It’s slightly lower to the ground than I was expecting since I ordered the “tall” frame, but measurements were very clearly provided and that’s 100% my fault for not physically checking the height with a tape measure and changes nothing about how much my spouse and I love our new frame (it’s a “normal” height with our mattress on it- our old frame was just very tall).
   
   I love the natural wood and the sturdiness of it. It’s very solid and genuine wood, nothing compressed or fake, and it’s going to last my lifetime. This is easily family heirloom quality furniture. It’s just a classic, simple, sturdy bed frame. And assembling it was almost like playing real-life grown-up Lincoln Logs, so that was fun.

9. Amazing Quality

   Well worth the wait! Packaging was flawless and prevented damage. Setup was extremely easy despite very grainy instructions. Absolutely no noise or moving and my mattress fits perfectly. The Honey Oak is a beautiful lighter neutral stain that does lean a little yellow, but not warm. 10/10 would buy again.

10. Feels sturdy, looks nice!

    For transit, it was wrapped up so mindfully. They even made handles to carry the pieces. Assembly was slightly longer than we hoped because the instructions hardware labels were blurry, but it came together beautifully in the end and feels very sturdy.
    Highly recommend the tatami. My room smells great now.
