1. High Quality at a Great Price with Easy Assembly Too!

   I have been so thrilled with my purchase! I had been sleeping on a mattress atop a foundation, and I was surprised to find how much more comfortable it became after transitioning to this slat bed frame. The bed is beautiful, and we find it to be a very comfortable height from the ground. The assembly didn't take me much more than half an hour to forty-five minutes by myself, including the time taken to unwrap/unbox all the pieces. I was surprised how easy it all was! I think there might have been only two screws involved - the entire frame itself assembles just like a large jigsaw puzzle.
   
   I looked high and low for a platform bed, and I think that you'd be hard pressed to find one that delivered more value than this one. Everything in the bed is made out of solid wood, which is almost unheard of at this price point. We went without the headboard, but I think we will consider adding it in the future. With or without it, this bed is gorgeous!

   After looking through a whole lot of bedframes, I am extremely satisfied that I chose this one. The craftsmanship is top notch and it was easy to put together alone. It's simplicity is elegant. Also, the shipping was prompt and the packages were professionally packed. Not a single scratch on anything. Thank you Tatamiroom!

   Beautiful design, and great craftsmanship. Very nicely packaged. Well worth the price.
   
   It was easy for me to set up by myself, but the instructions could have been a little bit clearer. Hardly much of a negative though.
   
   Overall, I would definitely recommend this bed and would consider buying another of your styles in the future.

4. Beautiful Platform bed

   I have been looking for a platform bed for a while. I stumbled upon this website by chance. The posted comments from other customers were so positive I decided to order from Tatamiroom. I placed my order on Friday and it was delivered by Wednesday. My son and I put together the bed. It was super easy. My son says it was FUN putting the bed together! How often do you hear the word “FUN” when assembling a furniture? I am more used to the expression of extreme frustrations. He said many times, while we are working together, about the quality of the design and the quality. He is 26 years old and rather be doing something else instead of helping his dear old mom. It was a very good mother/son time. I told him that the bed will last very long, long time and that he and his sister can fight over the bed after I am gone. The bed is very solid and easy to assemble.

   Purchased the queen with tatami mats and would definitely recommend having a second person around, to help with holding and lifting. Assemble instructions are not detailed, but it's fairly easy to figure out. The most difficult part, for me, was getting the slats put in, there was a lot of colorful language. If the company has a Clever Way to pack those so that they "roll out" more easily, that would be a help. But a very solid piece of furniture, looks great, sleeps great.

   The bed came in 3 separate boxes, all very well packed and protected. Instruction is clear and the bed was simple to put together. Beautiful quality of wood and craftsmanship. 5 stars!

7. Fast delivery, quality product, product as advertised

   I ordered the Ensui platform without headboard and king sized tatami mats. The platform was simple to put together as a one person job (although the tatami mats are heavy and awkward (needed help with them). There were only 4 screws for the whole frame (the rest is held together by nice joinery). The platform is solid wood and seems sturdy when fully assembled (the mats help to keep the structure square)- I would recommend the mats for this reason. Overall, seems great so far (just assembled today)!

8. Beautiful bed with great value!

   My new bed frame just came in, and it took me no time at all to set it up with a couple friends. It is obviously sturdy and well constructed. Similar designs were easily twice the price at other sites, with far less quality materials.
   
   This is a very modern piece that will lengthen the life of my mattress and I will enjoy for many years!

9. Great Tatami Bed

   This is a nice, solid piece of furniture. The pieces are all designed to fit together, no screws, which I love. A nice simple design that can go elegant or casual. My wife, who is from Tokyo and misses the tatami scent, loves it too. Great product.

10. great solid wood product, good design

    Really great design. Its a little heavy, which is to be expected from solid wood, but I was able to easily set this up by myself.(king size) We have this supporting a 165 latex mattress, myself(230 lbs) and my wife(115 lbs). No problems at all. Doesn't make noise. The lack of hardware(screws) is a really good feature.
    
    I will never buy a cheap particle board bed frame again. a third of the price, yes, but you will lose money in the long term.
    
    Also, it is a simple design, that doesn't bog you down to a certain theme or style.
