1. Quality bed frame

   Bed ordered 4/15 was delivered 6/10 so not too bad of a wait! They make sure to tell you there will be a delay when you order. It came in three boxes and my husband and I were able to carry them easily upstairs together. Might have been hard for me to carry them up alone so recommend having someone help! Very well packaged, no issues with any of the pieces. Putting the bed together was pretty straightforward and took us less than 30 mins. One corner was a little tight so took us awhile as we had to lower each corner a little at a time instead of dropping them in like a puzzle but they fit eventually and the bed is sturdy. We bought the Queen Ensui frame—it’s absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with it. It’s perfect height for also fitting a sliding plastic bin for storage too. I would 100% recommend any of their products and would happily buy another bed frame. I expect this bed frame to last for a long time as it’s solid wood and very well made. Also no creaks!!!!

   This bed is made so solid with real wood, its really beautiful. The shipping packaging was top notch as well. Instructions were a tad hard with one person, but there is a youtube video with easier assembly for one person. Beyond that, this bed frame is excellent quality. Very pleased

   The product looks and feels very high quality. The print quality on the instructions page is quite bad but the assembly process of the product is very straightforward. I reached out to customer service with questions and responded quickly.

5. Worth the money

   This bed is SOLID. Solid wood, solid construction, solid angles that never creak. The tatami is heavyyyy! Great quality. It does have a scent, but it's lovely. My husband who has seasonal allergies has no issues with it.
   
   Assembly was easy enough with two people. Kinda difficult to get the angle joints right when it's just one person. There's only really two screws in there, it's amazing. If we were to move and have to take it down and reassemble, the bed will be as solid as the first time we put it together.
   
   Great investment! This bed will last for a long long time.

6. Very happy with this purchase

   The wood and color is quality & beautiful! The ease to put the frame together was not exaggerated and it comes with a drawing outline. Very quick. I feel this frame is very sturdy for my heavy latex queen and appreciate the 2 inch slats, sturdy middle and frame. I rubbed soap on the underside to put the corners together but didn't really need to. There is no creaking sounds and no smell! It's amazing.
   Why 4 stars? I was pleased with the heavy wood slats that will last the lifetime of the bed as they came rolled with strap -the reason was because the slats were not fully smooth from the varnish or sanding. With an expensive mattress on it I was concerned the rough areas will rub and pull the outside of it.

7. Sturdy, Beautiful and Everything I wanted

   I'm so very pleased with my bedframe. I purchased the Ensui Platform bed frame and it was shipped and delivered in 2-3 weeks. Putting this together on my own was pretty seamless, and just required that I had things set up in the final position that I wanted them. This bedframe shipped in three separate packages, the two larger being about 60lbs. I was very pleased that the joinery pieces had wood in the gaps, so there was no room for the wood to possibly warp. I am very pleased with the color quality and height of bedframe, and I know for a fact, I will be recommending to others/purchasing in the future again.

8. Gorgeous & Easy to Assemble

   I read the reviews saying the bed was on a locking mechanism, so I wasn't too worried about the "build". Started at 8pm after being tired from a long day of moving and unloading, and took about 30 min. The quality is amazing and it's gorgeous.
   
   Jason at the Tatamiroom has been incredibly helpful and patient during this whole process of ordering. And our delivery person was also extremely helpful and communicative.

10. A beautiful bed frame

    I found this bed frame after almost purchasing a Thuma bed frame, which is similarly made with lovely lines and a simple construction. Alas, the Thuma headboard is not attached to the frame, which was vital for my needs. I had to wait a bit for delivery, but once it was here I were able to put it together quickly and easily, and just love how it looks and feels. It's solid and exactly what I was hoping it would be. The customer support was great, they called directly to let us know about a delay, and delivery was smooth. Highly recommend!
